The flowers were fresh and arranged perfectly. The butterfly accents were a nice addition. Ordered online for next day delivery. They keep you updated on the status of your order which was convenient. The delivery driver was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

This florist offered the very best prices that I could find, and the flower arrangements for my son's funeral were absolutely beautiful. They were delivered right on time with no problems at all, and I'm grateful for that during this terrible time in my family's life. Thank you.

Happy with the flowers that were delivered. But my only problem was u didn't supply the card telling my friend who sent the flowers. She had to call alot of people to find out who sent them.. The florist said they couldn't tell her who sent them.. when i ordered them I did include a birthday message

I would like to clarify that a card was indeed attached to the delivery, which is how the recipient was able to contact our shop. Our cards are printed with our logo, order number, and phone number. However, when you placed the order online on June 8, 2026, the card message was not entered in the designated "Card Information" field. Instead, the message "Happy birthday my dear friend" was placed in the "Special Instructions" section.

Because special instructions are intended for the florist and driver only, they were not printed on the recipient's card. Additionally, since there was no signature provided, our policy to protect sender privacy prevented us from disclosing your name when the recipient called.

We apologize for the confusion you experienced while navigating the online ordering process. As a small business, reviews have a significant impact on us, and we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider updating your 4-star review.

Beautiful flowers and perfect delivery

I'm in texas, my mother and sister are in California. I wanted to send them flowers for mothers day, found this florist shop and ordered. They did an amazing job, I understand some flowers may be out of season or they can even run out so close to mothers day. They didn't have every exact flowers and instead of leaving it bare they filled it with beautiful roses to replace the flowers missing. Loved them, sister loved them. And they delivered so fast!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and upfront about what they can do and when. Delivered a special request bouquet at the beginning of one of the busiest weekends (Mother’s Day) and they were able to accommodate. My mother-in-law loved the blue roses (her fav color) for Mother’s Day weekend. Would highly recommend their services. Friendly, communicative and straightforward. Definitely ordering from them again next time I need flowers.

Vip was excellent it took care of all my needs. They were helpful very attentive showed me different options. I needed the next day delivery in the morning and they went out of their way to make sure it got done. Very respectful up pond delivery. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else for the inland empire!

My experience at VIP flower shop was phenomenal and one I look forward to experience every time I purchase flowers. The decoration of my flowers was amazing beautiful. The staff there made me one of the most beautiful bouquets for my baby girl’s first Valentine’s Day. So VIP flower shop made a beautiful memory money can’t buy. Overall we LOVE VIP Florist. We had 3 deliveries for Valentines Day, the first one was for an 81 yr old woman, who didn't answer the door and the delivery driver called us and we were able to make that happen :). I got notifications for 2 "on our way" and "delivered". Awaiting the 3rd delivery notifications, I called in just to make sure the order was still being delivered. I was assured it was, and was being delivered soon (GREAT). Still not receiving any notifications I was going to call again at approx. 4pm. Upon leaving her house, she noticed the flowers on her doorstep. They live in an apartment setting and these could have easily been stolen. Also, she was home and never heard a knock at the door :(, and never did we receive either notification.
